We specialize in maintenance and repair works. We can also carry out any Periodic Tests and Inspections, Portable Appliance Testing, new installation tests, Emergency Lighting and Smoke/Fire Alarm Tests, street and estate lighting, and Lightning conductor test and maintenance etc. We aim to carry out all emergency jobs on the same day.
We are a fully registered company and are a member of the ECA (Electrical Contractors Association). We are also Safe Contractor approved which covers all aspects of health and safety, and are Part-P registered.
Our Charges are £75 + VAT call out (Including half hour labour) and £45 + VAT per hour or part thereof. The cost per hour outside normal working hours is £75 + VAT for the first hour and £45 + VAT per hour thereafter or part thereof. All our operatives are fully insured and carry mobile phones. They also carry all types of FB keys which will enable them to gain access to electrical rooms, meter rooms etc.
We work for a number of large property management companies including First Port, Douglas & Gordon, HML Hawksworth, Kinleigh Folkard Hayward, Knight Frank, Rendall & Rittner Ltd, RMG and Stiles Harold Williams.
We carry out most electrical repairs, but do not repair door access systems, gas central heating systems and domestic appliances.
